Customizable, energy-reducing, intelligent test rig solutions and motors from Parker exhibited at Automotive Testing Expo 2022
Parker Hannifin, the global leader in motion and control technologies, will showcase complete and customizable, energy-reducing, intelligent test rig solutions, along with a unique range of smaller motors for powering accessory test applications, at this year’s Automotive Testing Expo 2022.
Taking place in Stuttgart, Germany between 21st to 23rd June 2022, the Expo is the world’s leading international event for automotive testing, development, and validation technologies.
On stand 8034 in Hall 8, Parker will be showcasing the latest in its MGV series of low inertia, high-speed servo motors, the MGV 950, with dynamic acceleration that is ideal for a range of simulation and test bench applications. The MGV 950 is capable of reaching speeds of 45000 min-1 and has power ratings up to 500kW.
Alongside the servo motor range, the company’s compact GVM PMAC (Permanent Magnet AC) motor will also be on display. As an efficient electric motor, the GVM allows energy storage device size reductions, enabling cleaner and more economical applications across a variety of platforms. It is suited to use for high-voltage battery systems up to 750V.
In addition, the Expo will provide an opportunity to explore Parker’s portfolio of electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and cooling products and components that have been designed to help shorten test/cycle times and require less power to run.
