onsemi Extends Strategic Collaboration with FORVIA HELLA

onsemi has expanded its long-standing strategic collaboration with FORVIA HELLA through a new multi-year agreement that will see the adoption of onsemi’s advanced PowerTrench^® T10 MOSFET technology across FORVIA HELLA’s latest automotive platforms. The renewed partnership reinforces both companies’ commitment to delivering high-efficiency, high-performance power solutions that support the rapidly evolving needs of modern vehicle architectures.

The PowerTrench^® T10 MOSFET platform offers industry-leading efficiency enabled by ultra-low conduction and switching losses, allowing higher power density within a compact footprint while maintaining exceptional reliability. Its shielded gate architecture reduces output capacitance and improves key figures of merit through lower RDS(on) and gate charge. These advancements will enable FORVIA HELLA to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness across a broad range of automotive applications. The T10 devices are produced at onsemi’s state-of-the-art East Fishkill, NY manufacturing facility.
