"Charging the Future of Mobility" – that is the motto of this year’s Power2Drive trade fair. From October 6 to 8, exhibitors in Munich are presenting a wide range of charging solutions and technologies for electric vehicles.

Webasto presented the new Webasto Next charging station for private as well as commercial use at the IAA Mobility. Thanks to the new Webasto Charge Connect backend system, the wallbox offers a comprehensive package of digital management and control functions.

Turkey’s leading bus manufacturer Otokar has taken yet another step in the direction of an emission-free future with its twelve-meter-long passenger bus. The company is relying on batteries from Webasto to power the bus. Visitors can experience the bus in September on the IAA Mobility in Munich.

Visitors to this year’s Caravan Salon exhibition, from 28 August to 5 September in Düsseldorf, will be able to experience “the full gamut of mobile leisure”. Alongside vehicles, equipment and accessories, solutions from Webasto will also be included.

Green-G, a manufacturer of electric vehicles and systems, wants to ensure less pollution in urban areas with the emission-free ecarry. Webasto is supporting the Italian company with its battery and air-conditioning technology.

In the coming years, the Webasto plant in Schierling will manufacture six-figure number of cell modules for Solarwatt. The cooperation also includes energy management, installations and sales of charging solutions.
