Founded in 2021 as a 50:50 joint venture between Daimler Truck and Volvo Group, cellcentric is a Tier 1 supplier specialising in heavy-duty fuel cell systems. Headquartered in Kirchheim/Teck, Germany, it develops, produces and commercialises hydrogen-based power systems, including the BZA375, delivering up to 375 kW continuous net power for demanding applications. Its technology builds on more than 30 years of fuel-cell expertise and targets high efficiency, durability and competitive total cost of ownership. With engineering and production sites in Germany and Canada, cellcentric serves long-haul trucks, coaches, stationary power, rail and mining applications while supporting the transition to hydrogen mobility.
